Does libav provide a method of inspecting the following MPEG2 flags?:
progressive_sequence
progressive_frame
picture_structure
top_field_first
repeat_first_field
If so where should I be looking?
My aim is to turn VDPAU de-interlace off for 25Hz progressive video.
I already understand progressive_frame can be unreliable.
I have tried using VDPAU inverse telecine but 2:2 pulldown detection has proved
to be unreliable for me.
