Too little info. We need samples of your encoded video that shows the bug, uploaded to upload.mplayerhq.hu/incoming/issueXYZ, where XYZ is the number of your report on roundup.ffmpeg.org, where this should probably be filed. Then you need to give us more information about how the video was encoded, e.g. what settings did you specify in your AVCodecContext. Lastly, and most importantly, we need to see the code you use, and whether bugs are reproducible when using ffmpeg instead of the lavc API.
