so straight to the problem:
Then I`m decoding h264 video, everything goes okay, except for the pts. It
looks that I get pts in miliseconds even then myVideoCodecContext->time_base
shows 0.02. And pts increases by 40 for every frame (that`s why I assumed that
its miliseconds, because frame rate is 25 fps, so delay would be 40ms).
example:

0.020000 240280 0.020000 280320 0.020000 320360 0.020000 360
