Hi All, I am receiving data from network, decoding it, resizing it optionally (using sw_scale) and then encoding it in H.264 format? When i perform resizing operation on decoded data and encode the data then video quality degraded. But when i did not perform the resizing operation then video looks good. I tried lot to maintain the video quality while resizing operation but did not succeed. Now i need you people support for the same. Please let me know with what configuartions in sw_scale opearion i can maintain video quality?
