What is the difference between setting output format flags to
AVFMT_RAWPICTURE (oc->oformat->flags |= AVFMT_RAWPICTURE)
or using video codec CODEC_ID_RAWVIDEO? (i looked at ffmpeg examples and
using AVFMT_RAWPICTURE didn't produce video with images but empty clip)
What is the right way to write mp4 with raw image using those libraries?
