I am trying to maximize the vbv buffer size. I fill the AVCodecContext structure with a restrictive value on rc_buffer_size : I set a value equal to 'bit-rate x buffering time'. I have tried several values for rc_max_available_vbv_use and rc_min_vbv_overflow_use, but the rc_buffer_size is never controlled. Is there a mean to control the vbv buffer <=> to control the rc_buffer_size ?
