Hi!
I've seen that in most MPEG-2 streams the picture consists of slices, each
of which cover the entire line of macroblocks, ie there is exactly one slice
per row.
My questions:
* is avcodec MPEG-2 decoder able to decode streams where there is more than
one slice per row of macroblocks?
* what is the situation with hw decoded implementations around - ie are they
capable of decoding such streams?
