Hi thanks for the reply, After checking your are probably right about the udp sending. I have measured the encoding time and it is dramatic. It take betwenn 50 to 300 ms to encode a frame and time to time it goes till 1.8 sec.
Looks like i needs some better setting for my x264. I think i will solve the delay problem with a intermediate buffer. The size of my 264 data after a frame encoding are between some thousands to some 100 000 of bytes. I send bocks of 4096 bytes because i read that sending bigger ones can cause failing.
