Hi I am writing a Mp4 parser then further need to decode the Frames using ffmpeg.
I have an issue when we have B frames. In case of b frames we have both stts and ctts tags. When we have only stts we can send the raw encoded frames to the decoder directly as its the PTS. But when we have both, how we need to send them for decoding? Can i send them in stts order or do i need to send them in ctts? I gues they usually stream in stts order which is the decoding time stamp.
