Hello, I'm from Solveig Multimedia team. I'm would like to use ffmpeg to encode wmv1 wmv2 files in my tasks.
The common question: For wmv2 there is a param in src http://ffmpeg.org/doxygen/0.6/wmv2enc_8c-source.html#l00147 top_left_mv_flag =0 by default- what is the meaning of this flag? (it will be available in 4-th bit of the 3-rd byte of the wmv private data in output.) M$ encoder makes files with this bit flag equal to 1 and seems compresses video by diffrent algorithm. I also need one param to be set from external iface "slice_num" as discussed here http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=158411 wmv1 http://ffmpeg.org/doxygen/0.6/msmpeg4_8c-source.html#l00376 wmv2 http://ffmpeg.org/doxygen/0.6/wmv2enc_8c-source.html#l00046 I can make this modifications myself but I need to know how I can post these modification to main ffmpeg source to respect LGPL license. Best of luck, Maxim Sakhankov Solveig Multimedia _______________________________________________ libav-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mplayerhq.hu/mailman/listinfo/libav-user
