Hello, I am totally new to ffmpeg. We are trying to link in the ffmpeg libraries downloaded from a MingGW build into a Visual Studio based application. My question is on how to use the correct library calls to be able to take capture of an ROI window and create an RTSP/MPEG encoded object that we can then stream to a Darwin based server. I hope this question makes sense.
