I had a few minor problems installing the intel mac package. * The zip file places the libavg.pkg file inside Users/uzadow/Desktop. * The installer places the files in the site-packages directory, rather than inside a site-packages/libavg directory. I had to create a libavg directory and move the files. Also avg seems to want to find the dylib files inside a top-level avg package rather than in libavg.avg.
