Hi Uli,

Yes I've verified this. The system shutdown using the power button works 
perfect when the player is not running and when the player is running in 
a window (not fullscreen). I don't know if the shutdown works under 
9.04, currently i've not a system available with this version.

Through ssh a shutdown or reboot works when the player is fullscreen, so 
it looks like the power button event is somehow blocked. Any ideas?

If you are sure libavg isn't the problem, I will contact the Xibo 
developers again, maybe there is another cause.
