Hi all, the other day I pushed a bunch of changes to a "flameeyes" branch, mostly related to the build system, but including a few changes to the code.
In particular there's a commit tagged [RFC] that removes some unused functions (not sure if they were supposed to be used later on or not). If somebody can review the changes and merge to master I'd be glad to address any issue about them.
