[Libcdio-devel] libcdio 0.80 released

Thanks to all that have helped. 

The 0.80 release in CVS has been tagged "release_0_80".  Robert
William Fuller's recent changes (get_track_pregap_lba,
get_track_pregap_lsn) have been committed and no doubt there will be
other changes soon.
