You need to change your code. The cd-text interface was radically changed between 0.83 and 0.90.
Look at http://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/doxygen/cdtext_8h.htmlespecially the functions sections to see how to get done what you need to do. Also look at the example program in example/cdtext.c for how to use the revised CD-Text API.
