Hi folks, This is the same set of patches which have been posted now for the last two months. They have been tested using the test cases available in trunk as of today, and also with the help of cgconfigparser. I have not been able to hit on anything yet.
I have copied all those who have reviewed these patches in some fashion or other in the past. I plan to merge these patches in by tomorrow if there are no comments. (except Patch 5) I want to have these cleanups done before I post the Layer 2 API.
