Hi,

I needed a libcgroup wiki so I've started one at [1]. I've added few 
simple pages with 'common knowledge' that we all known, but someone 
outside libcgroup might be interested too.

I've also uploaded there Lennart's complaints [2] with a notes what's in 
progress (currently only few top items). The general discussion should 
happen of course here on the list (or on IRC), the wiki is just to track 
status of these items.

I've chosed Trac wiki because that was the only one where I could post 
without any special priviledges, I wouldn't mind MediaWiki if you give 
me access rights there. And please contribute, especially to the TODO 
list. I can't find the old one...
