OK, so after a bit of fight, and changing of repositories, try out

git://libcg.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/libcg/libcgroup-context.git

As per 
http://libcg.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=libcg/libcgroup-context.git;a=summary
it seems to exist now. Regarding the repository itself, if you do a
gitk, you will figure out that these are two branches merged together
to keep them updated.
