Annoucing v0.36.2.rc
This release has a number of bug fixes, the main ones being
1. Not calling exit from the library.
2. Reworking how the library is installed.
3. Fixing up the dependencies in the Makefile.
While, a update is not specifically needed, it is still highly recommended.
