No, devices are just special. They provide read-only devices.list and 
write-only devices.allow and devices.deny. The proper way how to handle 
this is to parse devices.list and write config file with devices.allow 
and devices.deny instead. But there must be logic for this, which is 
missing - that's the TODO about.
