I want to fix it in a different fashion. Since I know the code, I
expect it to take me a few hours to have a proper fix. The only issue
is finding the time before Sept 7th.

I want a simpler solution for fedora. Don't touch
/sys/fs/cgroup/systemd, and we fix it for real in a different fashion
in git.
