This is kind of embarrassing and we should have noticed it earlier...
cgconfigparser does not work well with systemd in Fedora 15 & Rawhide.
systemd mounts controllers to /sys/fs/cgroup/* on startup and cgconfigparser
with Fedora default cgconfig.conf file wants to mount them there again -> EBUSY.
Therefore I should provide better cgconfig.conf, which does not mount anything.
But it is not possible to have cgconfig.conf without mount{} section...
Following patches fix that, I'd like to push them to Fedora as soon as possible.
