Hi, There are some changes in git that Fedora 18 would benefit from (namely cgclear updates, default permissions and README_systemd) and I'd like to release new libcgroup version before F18 alpha (end of February?).
Any objections? I would test it a bit, ensure that everything is packaged correctly, generate changelog and release 0.38.rc1 let's say by end of this week. Final 0.38 would come few weeks later (based on feedback and errors).
