Hi,
I am releasing v0.39.rc1 right now. There hasn't been much action but it helps
to get releases out. We plan to get a bigger release for the next version
(at least as per some feature discussions on the list).
Give it a run and if it doesn't cause any panic, I will tag a final release next
week.
Tarballs are up at the usual places.
