Hello, time ago I create rc version (4 month before). There was not non-rc version for really long time. Thus I'd like to start to prepare non-rc version again.
There was quite a lot of changes and big discussion. I'd like to do rc version again and then the non-rc one. If somebody wants to do some changes before the non rc version will be created (or if you have any comment) please write an e-mail.
