- Needs to throw InvalidCredsException somewhere, likely parse_error needs to
detect when an invalid user/pass is used.
- Concerned about the hard coded API_PORT/API_HOST, it seems the driver should
take a URL to its endpoint, similar to what the Eucalyptus driver does?
