Thanks Ant for getting the discussion going. The page at http://incubator.apache.org/projects/libcloud.html needs to be brought up to date -- we know Incubator PMC members are sticklers for ensuring that is upto date. We are missing two committers from that page, we have nine (9) committers not seven as listed. Following on from that, we need to demonstrate that those nine committers represent a diverse community and that there is sufficient deviation from one employer. To that end, we need written down somewhere who works for whom - or if not getting paid to work on LibCloud, then they can just state 'independent' , I suggest using the page above to mark in braces next to the name this affiliation (which can be removed after graduation), thoughts? Other than that, I don't see a 'technical' reason not to graduate, nor do I see an 'Apache Way' issue. The project is healthy and moving along at a steady pace. I would like to pay close attention to a 0.4 release, see how many of the committers get involved in the whole process of making that happen, fix the minor documentation issues we have then make a vote to graduate.
