I've attached CloudSigma driver and unit tests for it.
CloudSigma driver is partially based on the ElasticHosts driver, because they
use the same underlying platform (ElasticStack).
I didn't create a base ElasticStack class and driver, because CloudSigma API
will diverge from the ElasticStack one in the future and keeping it separated
will require less changes down the road.
