When you create a Rackspace cloud server with libcloud, the default (and only) location is listed as DFW1. However, if you check the server using the Rackspace Web UI, the data center location is listed as ORD1. Maybe Rackspace changed their default location after the time the Rackspace libcloud driver was written?
