It comes to my attention that there's a copyright clause originating in the
RimuHosting driver file: "Copyright 2008 RedRata Ltd":

Can someone please advise on the proper removal of this clause so we're in
complete compatibility with the Apache License?
Obviously I know how to remove it from the code, but do we need the original
committer to remove it, or something in writing from the original committer?
