This is now committed in r1052646.
I made a slight modification and left out Zurich (ZRH) where possible, except
in the driver/connection classes themselves. Thus, there's only the
Provider.CLOUDSIGMA, as opposed to both CLOUDSIGMA and CLOUDSIGMA_ZRH.
