Jerry Chen resolved LIBCLOUD-67.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 0.4.1
Assignee: Jerry Chen
This has been committed in r1054527.
The only difference is I left in the list_locations() in the EucNodeDriver,
because I'm assuming Eucalyptus doesn't support availability zones.
> Allow user to specify availability zone when booting an EC2 node
