Jerry Chen resolved LIBCLOUD-67.
--------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 0.4.1
         Assignee: Jerry Chen

This has been committed in r1054527.

The only difference is I left in the list_locations() in the EucNodeDriver,
because I'm assuming Eucalyptus doesn't support availability zones.

> Allow user to specify availability zone when booting an EC2 node

> Someone asked about this in the mailing list and it would be nice if this
> patch gets integrated in the next release.
> This patch adds ex_list_availability_zones() method and returns all the
> availability zones for each location when using list_locations().
