Hi, I've started implementing load balancers support. Currently this code lives in 'balancers' branch on my github fork of libcloud:

My further plan for balancers: * cover the new code with unit tests and refine documentation * merge to svn * implement GoGrid driver for balancers (probably will have to make minor adjustments to interface) Feedback is welcome!
