There is no timetable at this time, but I think we all feel the pressure due to the large number of bugfixes and improvements which should eventually be released. There are two major issues which I'd like to see finished and fixed, respectively. The first one is the new test suite provided by João. Most things work ok, but he's still struggling with the firebird tests at the moment. The second issue is the firebird driver itself which still shows a couple of problems on various platforms. I've done my best to look into this, but I'm at a loss as all tests were ok in 0.8.3, as far as I recall. I'd appreciate if someone with thorough firebird knowledge could have a look at this.
