Hi,

I've been using libdbi on Cygwin for years in my dayjob, and I have
always been thinking it's about time to replace the "separate
Makefile"-style hacks in libdbi-drivers with a serious port. But then
again, the hack was good enough through the years so I never got round
to it. Therefore I greatly appreciate if you managed to fix some of
these issues on Cygwin.

As I'm no git user, I'd greatly appreciate if you could send me the
magic commands to pull your patches from the repository. I'll manage to
install git, but I'll be lost from there on.

regards,
Markus
