Thanks. If anyone else out there has access to DB2, please help

I'll try to finally have another look at the new test suite. I've  
scheduled some time this weekend to work on libdbi and the obnoxious  
crashes of an app using libdbi HEAD on Cygwin.

IANAL, but shouldn't it suffice to put a note at the top of each  
affected file saying that "DB2" is a trademark of IBM?
