Hey guys, When I posted about this on Twitter, I had a few people notify me that they complained to some of the bars in question at which they were regulars. At least the Ambassador responded (on Twitter) that they were pulling out of the program, and their name is no longer on this list:

I think enough complaints can convince them that it's not.
