When: 2012-06-24T17:00:00-0700 to 2012-06-24T22:00:00-0700 (For the unaugmented humans out there, that's Sunday, June 24th, 2012, 5pm to 10pm) How: Arrive, ask for a token, pay 7 USD worth of bitcoin to the address on the token, exchange the token at the bar. Why: There are a variety of motivations: experimenting with alt currencies; sociotechnical tomfoolery in a public setting; doing something tasty with all these "bitcoin" thingies; talking with interested people about the future of tech; bring-your-own-motivation. Who: A loose band of futurists, geeks, beer lovers, hackers. I'd love to see some libtechies show up at beercoin!
