John, This photoseries is particularly interesting because it reinforces the point that digital security is a responsibility to the group or cause, rather than just personal protection. I think this is a tactic that HIV/AIDS awareness groups have taken in a number of developing countries (and for that matter DC as well). I have heard of similar methods being used with in-person security trainings, but never see a coordination of efforts in this regard.
Has anyone on Libtech encountered group pressure leveraged for security practices amongst activists?
