Just a small clarification on Hong Kong: "Everything in China is behind their content filter. Only parts of Hong Kong are sometimes not yet."
All of Hong Kong (and Macau) is always outside of the so-called Great Firewall of China. The "one country, two systems" policy very much applies online. We monitor websites blocked in China (8000 URLs confirmed to be blocked, and counting) but none of these are, as far as we know, also blocked in Hong Kong.
