Hi, all. Cuban activist, blogger, and photographer Orlando Lazo Pardo is seeking Twitter manuals in English or Spanish. There's been a big push in the last year or so to expand Twitter on the island (if anyone is interested in this trend, email me directly and I'll be happy to elaborate), and they could use all the training materials they can get their hands on. Does anyone know of or have access to good Twitter manuals in English or Spanish that they would be willing to share? Ideally, the smaller the size of the file the better, given bandwidth limitations on the island.
