Twitter adds the actual URL to the "title" (and a few other)
attributes of shortened t.co links in its web interface. It is
possible to restore the link automatically in a browser plugin, as was
attempted, e.g., here:
https://c0rrupt.net/forum/web-application-development/396-t-co-no-make-firefox-plugin.html
