However, I did not see if the blockade is based on the public list of Tor relays IP addresses, or if it's Iran-style blockade (detecting the Tor traffic). If it is the second case, this may mean the regime has setup new equipment for the blockade, which may have been done during that 3 days blackout. Does anyone have any more detail about this? KheOps
