I'm a satisfied customer :)
It's not as out-of-the-box as dropbox etc. because you have to get used to
concepts like "the url is the key", each file or folder has different urls
for read/write and read-only access, etc.
You also need to avoid leaking refer[r]ers (best is to install a browser
extension like
refControl<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/refcontrol/>)
in case you accidentally access a read/write url of an html page that has
external img/script/css (best practice is to try to avoid such references).
If you also want public web interface, you'll need to install a
lafs-rpg<https://bitbucket.org/nejucomo/lafs-rpg>gateway (to avoid
operator-cost attacks and leaking URLs to logs, etc.) and
it should be behind SSL (because you shouldn't leak URLs).

Once you get it going, it's a very powerful tool.
You can keep something private, and the minute you want - you can either
privately send folder/file's read-only URL to a friend/customer/etc., or
publish it to the world (you can simply use an external url
shortener<http://is.gd/palecon>for that).

Bonus: If you set up a dead-man switch that tweets the right URL, you can
live forever ;)
