Happy SOPA anniversary! Ed Lee remembers the Wikipedia blackout and looks at the current state of SOPA-light bills. Among other points, he argues that the protests were an instance of "popular constitutionalism"—i.e. of the people, rather than representatives or courts, determining the content and scope of constitutional rights.
