YouTube restores video of crash blocked by NASCAR

    "Our partners and users do not have the right to take down videos
     from YouTube unless they contain content which is copyright
     infringing, which is why we have reinstated the videos."

YouTube has reinstated the video(s) [that I mentioned earlier today]
noting that NASCAR did not have the right to remove them on copyright
infringement grounds.  Good work by the YouTube team.
