Folks, David Nemer and I are proposing to jointly present our work on the digital divide, digital inclusion, and CTCs / PCCs / Telecentres at the upcoming Telecommunications Policy Research Conference in September (http://ssrn.com/abstract=2241167), and we would like to invite potential additional panelists to join us in a proposal on those themes for the upcoming Northeast Conference on Public Administration (NECoPA) in November.
The theme of this year's NECoPA (http://northeastpublicadmin.org/2013-necopa-conference) is "Public Administration in an Information Society: Opportunities, Threats and Intriguing Possibilities." Proposals are due by April 30. If you have done relevant work on our themes and institutions, including BTOP stimulus programs, or other broadband deployment, incubator/anchor institutional development, or digital literacy projects involving centers and would like to join us, do get in touch by April 23; if you have done any research or analysis you would like to see publicized, do let us know in the near future.
