Internews is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic people-person to lead its "LevelUp" Project and team. The Program Manager will work with a small team setting up new international standards for digital security trainers and experts around the world, especially those working in the areas of international development, humanitarian, and human rights programs globally. LevelUp will seek to enhance the training capabilities of instructors by improving the content, quality and consistency of digital security trainings among top trainers, technologists and researchers around the world. Working with multiple international partner organizations, the Program Manager will lead community building, curriculum development and validation, and convening events with a team of experts in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in international development and project management; familiarity with digital safety and security training modalities; he/she will have an ease working in international and challenging contexts and across multiple timezones in both in the US and internationally.
