I used it with my Android SIP clients (CSIPSimple, Acrobits Softphone), It should be completely based on opensource FreeSWITCH http://www.freeswitch.org/ with enabled ZRTP support. CSIPSimple + FreeSWITCH is probably the best opensource ZRTP solution for end-to-end encrypted calls. BTW, what do you think about security of Threema http://threema.ch/en/? Now they have out Android version and it is very user-friendly, unfortunately it's still closed/proprietary software, so I am not sure about security.
